Waste reception

The received material is disposed of in a defined and confined area, close to the crushing area, for reasons of logistics and efficiency in handling procedures. In this space a selection and classification process is carried out that is determined by: the state of the concrete (whether it has steel or not), the dimensions, origin of the construction elements, among other factors that are taken into account by the supervisor and coordinator of the concrete plant.

In the event that the gravel arrives with steel, it is given a recycling process in other types of elements such as: posts, sidewalks and concrete surfaces.

The construction material of Mexico City is collected 

The storage area is located near the concrete plant. In it, we proceed to obtain adequate dimensions of the pieces, facilitating the crushing process. In this sense, backhoes with hammers, 320 and 330 excavators are used that guarantee the supply of material to the mill.

Of the material, a 20% unprocessed stockpile will be kept from the previous period, as a reserve, in case of requiring material in an extraordinary way. 80% of the material will be used in the circular economy process as a system for making use of resources through recycling.
