FEATURES
Recycled concrete aggregate (ACR) is nothing other than the use, as aggregate, of concrete that has previously been used in another demolished work and, in the industry, would be nothing more than rubble. This material is used as a base to build or rehabilitate walls, dams and similar structures, among other applications.
SOCIAL IMPACT
The use of crushed recycled concrete to generate new products, without using Portland cement entirely Again, it tends to improve the environment, as cement production is a highly polluting process.
Annually, the world produces one billion tons of waste after demolition, of which, on average, only 8% is recycled.
